You should always have everything ready or if something is not there then you should have a good shipping policy set up to get the product in store or to the customer’s home as soon as possible.

Running a business all comes to the customers. Without them, there is no business. The whole idea that the customer is always right plays a big part of business whether we like it to or not. The reason for that is that we have to give them what they want in order to remain successful. If a business isn’t offering something that it’s customers want, then it’s not going to be able to stay in business. You could be the best business owner in the world or have tons of experience marketing but if you don’t have what people want, they are not going to be buying. Customer surveys are always a great way to give you feedback and show you how well you are serving your purpose in taking care of the customers.
